How can I pay in if I have missed a monthly payment?
We will send an SMS messages to you when you miss your first monthly premium payment, with each SMS we include a unique Pay@ account number that we link to your specific policy number.
Once you receive this SMS, you can:
Walk into a Shoprite, Checkers, SPAR, Game or PEP stores and pay cash at the cashier, using the code in your SMS as a reference.
Use the secure and convenient payment app from Pay@ on your cellphone to pay the missed premium. You simply click on the link in the SMS to use any of the following to pay the missed premium: SnapScan, Zapper, Masterpass, your credit/debit card, Instant EFT or Flash Traders.
How do I claim?
Go the Claims Page and follow the steps. Should take about 5mins when you’re ready.
